A small church of the Middle Byzantine period located within the wider area of ​​Vasilikon. The settlement of Agios Grigorios Vasilikonos is ancient. During Christian times, the area seems to have been inhabited around the church of Agios Gregorios, as can be seen from a small cluster of tombs, from the architectural material of an early Christian basilica, a text in the courtyard of the church and, finally, from parts of various chests, from an agnytha and from a fragment of an early Christian Holy Altar.
